LICENSE OF USE OF SOURCE CODE

La The license to use a source code of INTERACTIVE SUBTITLE is the last requirement of these 3 steps:

1- Transcription and subtitling for SRT file.
2- programming of interactive subtitles and source code of the learning implementation from the SRT file.
3- License to use the source code of the interactive subtitle learning implementation.

Characteristics of the license of use:

1. The value corresponds to the License of use of a learning implementation source code of INTERACTIVE SUBTITLE for a single audiovisual document and for a single URL for 1 year.
2. The license is granted to the owner of the user account that manages the payment, the owner of the user account can be the institution itself or the representative that it determines, this holder in the data of his own account must provide the address web that will be licensed for the use of the source code and other resources that the license includes.
3. The license includes technical support for the use of the licensed source code.
4. The license to use the source code includes the license to use following resources from our system

- Audio recording modules to listen to.
- Word audio resources.
- Subtitle audio resources.
- Automatic translation modules in 32 languages.
- International phonetic alphabet modules.
5. The license includes authorization to use the INTERACTIVESUBTITLE player with all its characteristics.
6. The license can be renewed as many times as the user requests.
7. The license can be purchased for several years in a single payment.
8. When the license expires, the functions of the code will stop working.
9. The license is non-transferable.
10. The license allows the use of the logos of the institution as service providers.
11. The license does NOT include the use of server, technical infrastructure and engineering. You must purchase a plan for groups or organizations to have all the technical infrastructure required for the number of users you want to offer the service to.
